Exceptional

We didn't expect the quality to be so high due to the price. Could not fault the room and the breakfast was excellent. Will be returning sometime soon.

One of the best!

We visit Wickham quite often but have not stayed for years. We stayed at the old house for a night and ate in table 22 on Father’s Day.

From the moment we arrived it was obvious that it was we had come across a gem. The chap who checked us in, Ash was incredibly accommodating, as were his staff who’s names I missed. The room was stunning, furnishings were of the highest standard and all new. There were Molton Brown toiletries and a coffee maker. We had booked in for afternoon tea on Father’s Day and oh my god! It was without a doubt the best I have ever had-and I have had a few!! It was simply stunning, everything looked homemade and was so tasty. We will be back!

Wonderfully Quirky

I have stopped at a few hotels in my time, but this is by far one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The rooms were very clean and different in a good way. The food at the hotel was fantastic, the staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. Parking is limited, however, there is parking available in the square just outside the hotel which is free between 6pm and 9am. If I am ever in the area again, this will be my first choice to stay.
